Hello
Human Centered Design (HCD) focuses on the needs, abilities, and preferences of people to design products and services. The intensive involvement of users is paramount to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations accurately. In comparison, User Centered Design (UCD) also focuses on users, but with a greater emphasis on user experience and interaction with the product or service. While Human Centered Design pursues a broader approach, considering social and emotional aspects, UCD focuses more on functionality and usability. Despite these differences, both approaches aim to develop products that optimally meet user needs and provide a positive experience. Human Centered Design (HCD) ensures that people are at the center of the design process, continuously considering their needs. This holistic approach ensures that the developed products and services truly meet the requirements and expectations of users.
