A Design Sprint Workshop is a structured and intensive working method
aimed at developing innovative solutions for complex problems in a short time. During
the Design Sprint Workshop, interdisciplinary teams work closely
together to generate, prototype and validate ideas in an iterative process.
The Design Sprint Workshop follows a clear schedule, typically spanning
five days. On the first day, goals and challenges are defined and a clear problem
statement is formulated. On the second day, various ideas are collected and sketched to
visualize potential solutions.
On the third day, the sketched ideas are further developed into prototypes, which are
tested by potential users on the fourth day. The fifth day of the Design Sprint
Workshop is dedicated to evaluating the test results and determining the
next steps. Participants reflect on their experiences and develop a concrete action plan
for implementing the identified solutions.
