To support the sales and service team on the road, all information on the products are available offline at any time and from anywhere. Synchronization takes place via an interface with the dormakaba extranet. In addition to the documents, authorizations are also synchronized and sensitive content is stored in encrypted form. The app, which can be downloaded via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, is also accessible to end customers and interested parties.
The heart of the Extranet App is the document overview, which contains a list of all the available files. This can be specified by various filter criteria such as product group, product and document type. The available documents can be downloaded and saved to any device. If new documents are available as a result of updates, these are explicitly marked in the overview.
