Kleemann GmbH, based in Göppingen, is a respected manufacturer of construction machinery. Your focus is on the production and sale of crushing and screening plants. These state-of-the-art machines are used both in quarries and on construction sites to break up large chunks of rock into products that can be further processed. The product portfolio includes i.a. mobile jaw, impact and cone crushers as well as screening plants that meet the most diverse requirements.
You can connect to the machines with your smartphone using a QR code or by entering it manually. The connection is made with the WLAN of the machines, via which the MQTT data is then transmitted to the smartphone.
The "Smart Job Configurator" can be used to find the ideal configuration and suitable tools for the machine used and the rock processed with it. the "Smart Job Configurator" can be used. Once the configurator has been run through, the configuration is available for export.
In order to have a complete overview of the processes and operations of the machine at all times, relevant data such as speeds, crusher fill levels, or fuel levels are displayed in the dashboard, provided that the operator is within the WLAN radius of the respective machine. Further helpful statistics on the machine processes and a video feature for the cameras installed on the machine complete the machine overview. These can be selected in the navigation.
Errors or warnings that occur are transmitted from the machine to the smartphone using MQTT. In the case of complex errors, the app shows a precise solution in the form of images and illustrations. Error codes can be looked up at any time via the "Trouble Shooting" search - this is also possible without a connection.
