The VAG Group is a global manufacturer of water and wastewater valves with application areas such as water treatment, water distribution or pressure management. The products from VAG are installed in dams, reservoirs, waterworks, drinking water networks and wastewater systems.
With the FlowCalculator, volume flows can be calculated quickly and precisely as a function of pipe diameter or flow velocity. The interactive 3D visualization can be customized by one or two finger gestures. Alternatively, input fields in which the desired values can be modified are available at the bottom of the screen.
As an additional aid, a unit converter has been integrated, which contains a list of all common units. A separate section also contains information on the maximum flow rate and the application limits according to DIN EN 1074-1.
